Consultations

All colour services require a consultation before booking.Consultations must be booked through the whats app.

Patch tests may be required 48 hours before any colouring service for safety.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required for some appointments.Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with sufficient notice.

Payments can be made via card or cash in the salon.

Satisfaction Policy

No refunds on completed services. If you’re unhappy, please contact us within 48 hours we’ll do our best to make it right.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service.

Salon Environment

            To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that only those with appointments attend.
