Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a 20% fee of the total service price will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in a 100% charge. Late arrivals over 20 minutes will result in cancellation.
